There is excitement in the eight-53 world. We have a couple of major things to announce.
We are now teaming up with Ginger at GC Productions to handle the booking for the band. This will open some new doors for us and we are excited to be working with Ginger. She has us booked on June 5th at The Gemini in Lake Oswego. We are expecting great things from this partnership.
The band is heading into the studio next month. We are heading to RexPost to create an EP. RexPost came highly recommended and is considered one of the top studios in Portland. The session will be engineered by audio engineer and surround sound expert, Brent Rogers. More on that as the time nears.
We also have a contest coming up soon. We'll give more details on that in a couple of months.
